Hai lah menunggu si kecik nih nk keluar mmg la menduga keimanan. Ke mana2 je semua org menegur 'aik tak bersalin lg??' smpai lemau dah nk jawab.

Next check up is one week after the EDD, 10/2/12. Kali nih terus jmpe doctor kt birth suite. CTG, ultrasounds and vaginal exam: baby in good condition, not engaged yet but, what makes us worried is the baby's head is not exactly at the centre of my vagina. Dibuatnye kalau air ketuban pecah, byk kemungkinan akan berlaku sama ada tali pusat or something else yg akan keluar and need to go for emergency c-sect. For that reason, I was admitted. Doctor tak kasi balik diorang nak monitor sampai the next day.

Malam tu, zikir Nabi Yunus tak lekang di mulut sambil pujuk adik baby. Mudah-mudahan semuanya selamat..

The next day, pagi2 lg doctor datang check. And the result...alhamdulillah baby's head is on my vagina, baby's heartbeat is good and I can discharge. Doctor masih bagi peluang tuk normal delivery till next Monday. Tp, in case kalau tak keluar jugak adik baby nih, on Monday, 13/2/12 at 4pm, we already made appointment for induction. Huhu cuak gilos mummy.

Jogging sekitar tasik konon nk bagi cepat bersalin.

Its been a while since i left this so called my tempat merapu. And...its been 37 weeks of my 2nd pregnancy. 3 more weeks to go huh. Pejam celik pejam celik kejap je mase berlalu. Daripada 1st trimester yg menyeksakan sampailah ke 3rd trimester yg menduga keimanan.

This time, morning sickness lebih teruk dr first pregnancy. Dah la teruk lame plak tuh. Totally ok bile nk masuk 5th month. Haru sungguh la. Tu la org ckp, lain anak lain pulak pembawakannye sabar je lah..

Masuk 7 bulan, buat glucose test, positive gestational diabetes plak. Amik kau kene buat finger pricks hari2. Dah agak dah sebab first pregnancy dulu memang ade so chances tuk ade lg this time mmg tinggi. Cumanya kt sini agak strict. Diorang monitor betul2. Siap bg test kit lg suh check everyday kt rumah. First week boleh la layan. Hari2 lepas mkn, tgk jam then cucuk. Siap ade buku rekod OKEY!!! Lepas seminggu tgk reading mcm ok je walau mkn byk mane pun so ape lg mengelat la. Rase mcm nak check, baru check. Bile nak gi check up baru menggagau fill in the blank.

Sedikit tentang Gestational Diabetes:
Gestational diabetes (or gestational diabetes mellitus, GDM) is a condition in which women without previously diagnosed diabetes exhibit high blood glucose levels during pregnancy (especially during third trimester of pregnancy). Diabetes develops when the body can't produce enough insulin (insulin deficiency), or produces a normal amount of insulin but the body’s tissue does not respond normally to the insulin (insulin resistance). Insulin is a hormone made by the pancreas, which regulates the amount of sugar available in the blood for energy, and enables any sugar that isn't immediately required to be stored. During pregnancy your body has to produce extra insulin to meet your baby's needs and your body becomes naturally more insulin resistant, especially from mid-pregnancy onwards. If your body can't produce enough insulin or develops too much insulin resistance, you will have too much sugar in your blood and may develop gestational diabetes. Gestational diabetes usually resolves itself after your baby is born. However, if you have had gestational diabetes in one pregnancy, you are more likely to get it again in future pregnancies. You are also at a greater risk of developing Type 2 diabetes later in life and you will need to be regularly screened by your doctor throughout your life. You can reduce the risk of developing Type 2 diabetes by paying attention to what you eat and how much exercise you get. Pesanan khidmat masyarakat dari my GP "...you must NOT get fat OK!"  sigh...

Sneak peek of my lil pumpkin at 35th week...

Minggu ni dalam sejarah sebab.......yasmeen memberi kerjasama yg sgt baik untuk toilet train. Dah boleh ckp 'mummy emeen nk encing oilet' sambil lari2 gi toilet. Boleh dikatakan every 10 mins visit toilet tp ape pun tak keluar. Kesian...siap teran2 lg tp takde ape yg keluar. maybe dier ade rasa tp bile duduk atas tu tak jadi keluar sebab janggal last2....eksiden jgk. But the most important thing..she has the effort. Alhamdulillah sabar itu separuh drpd iman ye tuan-tuan dan puan-puan.

Kalau nk ikut since dier 2 y.o lg mummy dah nak start toilet train tp yasmeen tak bersedia. haih siap bergaduh bagai lah nk ajak dier gi toilet. Berkat membaca sana sini barulah mummy faham anak tak boleh dipaksa bila dier belum bersedia.

Kite teruskan usaha lg ye wahai anak....

Yasmeen ni lebih attractive dgn bende2 sekitar dier yg selain drpd toys. Kadang2 bukan main sgt pun toys2 dier tuh. Lebih suke nk selongkar kitchen kabinet mummy, closet, TV kabinet dan yg terbaru, fridge. So, poster ABC ni, mummy lekat gambar2 yg Yasmeen suke main dan senang nak ingat. Mudah-mudahan cepat belajar ABC ye sayang...

Lately, mummy & ayah dikejutkan dengan perubahan Yasmeen. Dier makin byk pe'el. Kuat nak meragam, semua serba tak kena. Tak tau la ape yg salah. Kalau kt rumah dgn mummy dier ok lg, boleh buat hal sendiri. Tapi bile ade gathering jumpa ramai org dier start la buat pe'el. Nak dukung ngan mummy je, tak nak main dgn kawan2.

Mummy & ayah mcm tak caye je sebab sebelum ni takde masalah. She's an easy going and friendly baby. Kitorang agak kekok nak handle sebab tak penah plak dier buat hal mcm nih. semua serba tak kene. Ckp elok2 dah, ckp keras pun dah...mmg menguji kesabaran.

Oh anak...One day, ade gathering kt rumah Aunty Kam, ayah borak2 dgn student Phd in Psychology Clinical. Bile dier tgk Yasmeen meragam mcm tu, dier kate ade 2 kemungkinan:

1. Die tak confident nak adapt dgn persekitaran baru.
2. Die dah dpt 'bau' yg dier akan jadi kakak.

On the 1st reason kitorang agak tak leh terima sebab bende nih jadi dlm 2-3 minggu kebelakangan ni je. sedangkan kitorang dah kt sini masuk bln ke-3. Sebelum nih dier boleh je main dgn anak2 mat saleh kt playground sumer.

The 2nd reason, mungkin punca utama. Memang kitorang ade bgtau dier, nnti Yasmeen jadi kakak tau. tak leh dukung dgn mummy sebab mummy nak bwk adik. yasmeen kene dukung ngan ayah. padehal aku blom conceive pun hehehe... saje la konon2 nk suh dier bersedia. pastuh duk start panggil dier kakak. mane tak merajuk budak tuh...hurmmmm mcm mane???

Can't keep your baby off the stairs these days? --> absolutely correct Around now, your infant may be utterly fascinated with crawling/cruising her way up the stairs, then bouncing herself down on her bottom -- or she can climb up, but not back down. --> oh yea (It'll be closer to 18 months before she can actually scale them standing upright like you do -- that takes some serious motor skills).

Let her practice with you close behind to give her a boost or catch her if she slips.By this week your baby is also probably quite aware of what the word "no" means. But does she always listen to it? --> Um, no!

In fact, she may do every off-limits thing she can (throwing food, tormenting the dog) to get you to say it. It's her way of testing limits and getting attention. --> ooo itu macam ka? So don't give in!

Casually redirect her and save actual "no's" for something really serious.But don't be surprised if your baby starts getting angry if she doesn't get what she wants these days. --> This happen to yasmeen. menjerit2 la selagi tak dpt ape yg die nk buat.

She has entered the age of the temper tantrum -- a sign that she's growing more and more independent. So be prepared -- and stick to your guns when she does melt down. --> mummy will say....mummy babab kang. But nenek will say....ye..yasmeen nak ape sayaaanngg. Then the conclusion she will make, if mummy say no, ask grandma!!

Yasmeen more or less is within the milestone. Previously mummy a lil bit worried sbb ade yg sebaya yasmeen dah pandai jln tp anak aku blom lg. Kire ok la tuh kan.

Its about 2 weeks we left yasmeen at kpg. This is because of my in laws went to attend my sis convo at Brisbane, ausie. That budak kecik need to stay wit nenek and atuk t.intan. Nenek sanggup amik cuti for 1 week. Me and husband plan to take leave the following week but atuk said..."tak payah la amik cuti, simpan je cuti tuh. Cuti kamu bukan byk pun"...:( Hoho..atuk volunteerly want to take care of that budak kecik. Mummy and ayah la yg gile bayang kt sini. What to do...

Last week when we went to visit her, she gives sign mcm rindu kt kitorang. Asyik nk berulit je. Duk kt ayah dier..merengek2 mintak dukung. Selalu buat hal dier sendiri je. Main sane sini tak reti diam. Ni elok plak duduk kt ayah. hurmm...ade one day, my mom said badan dier panas sket. hoho demam rindu kot. sabar ye sayang...this weekand mummy dtg, then kite duk klang as usual....ummuuaahhss
