This time confinement mak mertua yang nak jaga. 2 bulan PIL duk sini. Memang lah kalau mak sendiri jaga lagi selesa, cumanya tak nak menyusahkan mak sebab diorang baru je dtg few months ago rasa bersalah plak kalau nak suh dtg lg. Lagipun, sejak setahun kitorang kt sini, PIL blom dtg menjenguk. Kebetulan la time nih diorang nk dtg.

Sebelum bersalin nih, rasa nak melantak ape aje yg bakal tak leh mkn time pantang nanti. Maklum la, mak mertua ade nak masakkan. Rasanya kite kot yg request lebih compare to anak dier :p. Asam pedas, tempoyak udang, sambal ikan bilis, kuah durian dgn roti jala, pie tee dan macam2 lagi.. macam balik m'sia sekejap hehehe...

Semua org tanya, ok ke duk dgn mertua. Jawapannya... alhamdulillah setakat ni ok and sgtlah ok. Mungkin kite antara yg bernasib baik dan bertuah sebab dpt mertua yg sgt baik. Malah tak byk beza dgn mak ayah sendiri.

Hampir 2 tahun duduk serumah dgn mertua. Alhamdulillah semua ok je. Sampaikan sekarang pun, diorang nak jaga kite dalam pantang. Alhamdulillah sgt2. Terima kasih byk2 to mak n ayah...

Alhamdulillah everything went well...
Mak dah selamat di operate last week 29/3/11 di hosp teluk intan. Abah kate the procedure took about 5 hours. Mak dah boleh cakap n makan sikit2 right after the surgery. Discharge on the 31st. Kata mak, kalau ikut, on the 30th doc dah suruh balik, tapi mak nak berehat dulu. Few days, msg je lah dgn mak. nak call tak tergamak plak takut menyusahkan mak nak berckp. Ptg khamis, skype wit mak. She looks good alhamdulillah. Semoga cepat sembuh mak. Sama-sama kita doa agar result 'itu' memberi perkhabaran yg BAIK...aammmiiinnn

I am praying hard for my mak. Last night she told me that she will be going for a minor surgery on her thyroid. Last few months she discover a swelling on her throat. Decided to see the doctor immediately. Normal check up shows no abnormalities. But, doctor suggested for further check up. Sample tissues from her thyroid has been sent for test twice. Both result shows an unclear diagnos. It is not a thyroid diseases like my late grandma was suffering for. Those results make doctor, mak and abah pening. They affraid the thing so called thyroid c_ _ _ _ r.

If the swelling is true for the thyroid diseases, it make senses because of the genetic factor. My grandma (suffering from goitre-enlargement of the thyroid gland), my aunt (having an inactive thyroid diseases) and my cousin (has been successfully gone thru the surgery for the thyroid diseases). But my mom have no other symptoms of the thyroid diseases except the swelling throat.

Surgery is the best solution to know what the thing is. Removing half of the thyroid will prevent from the harmfull, unwanted 'thing'. I really hope good things will be with mak everytime, everywhere. I wish I could be with you on that day like the day you was with me on the labour room during my 1st baby delivery. My bad. I am soo sorry mak...my prayer will always be with you...
